Nick Thakar brings a wealth of commercial contracts experience to LinguaMetrics. With more than 25 years as a business attorney, he has served as General Counsel and Secretary at Tower Records and at Skuid, a no-code UI/UX platform. His expertise includes negotiating and drafting SaaS and other software agreements, data privacy, corporate governance, commercial leasing, and finance. Beyond his legal practice, Nick is the author of A Brother’s Journey, a travel/adventure novel published in 2015.
