About LinguaMetrics
We built LinguaMetrics on a simple conviction: a contract should be analyzed in the language it was written in. Everything else — the reports, the risk scores, the audits — follows from getting that one thing right.
The source language is the contract
Nearly every contract tool translates a non-English document into English first, then analyzes the English. The analysis never reads the real contract — it reads a copy, and inherits every dropped qualifier and softened term. We flipped that: LinguaMetrics analyzes in the source language and translates once, at the report, for the only party who ever needed it — you.

The people who build it are the people who answer
As a boutique firm, we take on fewer clients by design — so the people building your contract intelligence are the same people who answer when you call. Personal, responsive service isn't an add-on; it's the whole point of staying small.
Teams that work across borders
Cross-border logistics and trade sit at the center of what we do — the place where multilingual contracts are a daily reality, not an edge case.
Logistics & 3PLs
Freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics companies (3PLs) with multilingual supplier and carrier agreements.
Importers & exporters
Cross-border supplier, distribution, and reseller contracts.
Legal & compliance
In-house teams managing risk across jurisdictions and languages.
Enterprises with a CLM
Global operations that need their CLM to read every language.
Not a CLM — and that's the point
We don't manage workflows, approvals, or e-signatures. We focus exclusively on what's inside the contract: deep semantic analysis, cross-language intelligence, clause-level risk scoring, and comprehensive reporting. LinguaMetrics complements your existing CLM — we don't compete with it.
Kindly expect to use human review of reports and your own sampling techniques to review major issues in your contract batch; we ensure best efforts on our part in the design and execution of our platform.
