Now in Final Testing

The First MCP Server for Multilingual Contract Intelligence

LinguaMetrics brings native multilingual contract analysis directly into the enterprise AI ecosystem — through the open protocol that Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI have all adopted.

What Is the Model Context Protocol?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard for connecting AI systems to external tools, data sources, and enterprise applications. Think of it as a universal connector between AI assistants and the business systems they need to work with — replacing fragmented, custom integrations with a single, secure protocol.

Before MCP, every AI assistant needed its own custom connector for every data source. MCP eliminates this by providing one standardized interface that any AI client can use to communicate with any MCP-enabled server.

November 2024

Anthropic Launches MCP

Released as an open standard with SDKs in Python, TypeScript, C#, and Java. Early adopters include Block, Apollo, Replit, and Sourcegraph.

2025

Industry-Wide Adoption

OpenAI, Google DeepMind, and Microsoft adopt MCP. The ecosystem grows from roughly 100 servers at launch to over 16,000 registered servers. MCP becomes the de facto standard for enterprise AI integration.

December 2025

Open Governance

Anthropic donates MCP to the Linux Foundation's Agentic AI Foundation, establishing vendor-neutral governance. The official MCP Registry launches for server discovery.

February 2026

Legal Goes Agentic

Anthropic launches Claude Cowork with a legal plugin. LexisNexis, Pramata, and others integrate. Legal becomes one of the fastest-moving verticals in the MCP ecosystem. Yet a critical capability gap remains: native multilingual analysis.

Purpose-Built for Multilingual
Contract Intelligence

LinguaMetrics has developed an MCP-compliant server specifically designed for multilingual contract analysis and intelligence. It brings capabilities to the enterprise AI ecosystem that no existing contract intelligence platform currently offers at the protocol level.

Our server integrates directly into Claude, Copilot, and other MCP-enabled AI workflows — allowing legal teams, enterprises, and service providers to invoke multilingual contract analysis natively within the tools they already use.

The platform performs semantic analysis directly on source-language contracts across 50+ languages — without relying on translate-then-analyze workflows that degrade legal precision.

First to Market

To our knowledge, LinguaMetrics is the first MCP-compliant server purpose-built for multilingual contract analysis and intelligence. The platform is functional and in final testing — built on a patent-pending architecture with an emerging IP portfolio.

Capabilities Available via MCP

Native Multilingual Analysis

Semantic analysis across 50+ languages without translation. Preserves legal nuance, jurisdiction-specific terms, and clause intent in the original language.

Cross-Language Divergence Detection

Surfaces mismatches between multilingual contract versions at the clause level — the gaps that translate-first workflows cannot detect.

Clause-Weighted Risk Scoring

Legal risk scored and weighted at the clause level — calibrated to jurisdiction-specific standards, prioritized for human review.

Comprehensive Intelligence Reports

Detailed, boardroom-ready deliverables covering risk analysis, obligation tracking, clause comparison, and actionable recommendations.

Human-in-the-Loop Optimization

Risk-prioritized review workflows that direct legal professionals to the clauses and contracts that need human judgment most.

Enterprise-Ready Architecture

Standards-based MCP compliance. Secure document handling. Flexible deployment options for integration, distribution, or broader strategic partnerships.

A Capability That No One Else Has

The contract intelligence ecosystem has grown rapidly. Yet across every major platform — from category leaders to emerging AI-native tools — native multilingual contract analysis remains a blank space.

LinguaMetrics fills a gap that enterprise AI ecosystems — including those built by Anthropic, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and others — currently cannot address with their existing toolsets or partner networks.

Open to Strategic Conversations

LinguaMetrics is currently in discussions with integration and distribution partners across the enterprise AI landscape. We're exploring the right path to scale this capability — whether through direct enterprise engagements, ecosystem integration, platform distribution, or broader strategic relationships.

If your organization is building the next generation of enterprise AI infrastructure and needs native multilingual contract intelligence in the stack, we'd welcome the conversation.
